JTM BBQ Mac
An entree style mac & cheese dish
5768 Mac & Cheese and Pork BBQ Heating Instructions:
Place frozen, unopened bag of Mac & cheese and pork BBQ in a steamer, tilt skillet or stock pot with boiling water and heat for approximately 45 minutes or until product reaches serving temperature.
Remove for steamer, kettle, tilt skillet, or stock pot and place unopened bags into holding cabinet for no longer than an hour before service.
10 minutes before service, remove JTM mac & cheese and pork BBQ from the holding cabinet, carefully cut open the bags, and pour into a 4\” deep 1/2 hotel pan and place on the serving line.

Assembly (1 serving):
Portion 1/2 cup (#8 disher) of JTM 5768 Mac & Cheese into serving dish.
Top JTM Mac & Cheese with 3.47 oz (# disher) of Pork BBQ.
Garnish with a Tbsp. of shredded cheddar cheese and a tsp. of crispy fried onions.
*Optional Garnish ideas: Serve o.5 oz blue cheese crumbles, 0.25 oz of diced celery, and 1 oz of buffalo ranch dressing
